Job description

Globaledit is the technology platform within CoCreativ, a family of integrated creative production companies that also includes Industrial Color and Smashbox Studios. Globaledit helps brands and creative teams manage the full content production process, from capturing and organizing assets through collaboration, review, approval and delivery. As part of CoCreativ, Globaledit brings together deep creative-production expertise and technology designed to make complex content workflows faster and more efficient.

Globaledit is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to help drive development and innovation across our API, workflow automation and integrations work. You will focus on the underlying technology that supports Globaledit’s creative work-in-progress products and services.

The successful candidate will have experience managing API integrations, defining technical workflows and working directly with customers to understand their needs. You will identify and document requirements, manage integration delivery, coordinate cross-functional development and clearly communicate with project stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role based in New York, with in-office work in Tribeca Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise directly with customers to understand their workflows and translate their needs into clear technical requirements
  • Manage integrations from initial scoping through development, testing, deployment and support
  • Provide day-to-day direction to engineers developing integrations and related features
  • Lead the integrations stream, helping define strategy, requirements, prioritization and roadmap
  • Manage multiple integrations, external requests and support tickets simultaneously
  • Define, execute and deploy integrations, API updates and related front-end changes
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure integrations are reflected within the broader user experience
  • Lead technical communication with external integration partners
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management to scope integrations for prospective and existing customers
  • Design automated workflows that address bottlenecks in creative production
  • Communicate project status, risks and mitigation plans to the broader team and executives
  • Define software release scope and ensure releases meet agreed requirements
  • Manage documentation, test cases, payloads and support materials
  • Drive API-first best practices across the development, testing and deployment of integrations
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, integrations, implementations or a related role
  • Experience working directly with customers to define workflows and technical requirements
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure; AWS or Azure experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with developer tools such as Postman, Swagger and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of security and authentication, including OAuth, API keys, tokens and data protection
  • Ability to create clear customer-facing documentation for prospective and existing customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage client relationships
Nice to Have

Experience building integrations using Zapier or a similar tool

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology startup environment
  • Photography, video production or creative technology experience
  • Experience integrating with AI products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field

The anticipated salary range for this role is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors, including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements. This role operates in a hybrid capacity, 3 days per week onsite in our studios in Tribeca, New York City.

Our benefits package is designed to support your health, well-being, and time outside of work. It includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, an FSA, paid time off, summer Fridays, and regular office events that bring our teams together. Employees also enjoy a beautiful, inspiring workspace with an open gallery and two outdoor patio decks for working, connecting, and recharging.
