Job description

Position Overview
We're looking for a driven and forward-thinking Technical Project Manager Lead to take ownership of bringing innovative products and improvements to life. In this role, you won't just manage projects-you'll lead them from idea to implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn challenges into measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple programs that tackle real business needs-ranging from quality improvements and cost reductions to supplier challenges and feature enhancements
  • Drive projects forward by ensuring alignment with the Change Control Board (CCB) and delivering on key milestones at every stage
  • Take ownership of critical program moments, including:

    • Managing engineering releases with precision
    • Ensuring quality metrics are achieved and sustained
    • Identifying risks early and resolving issues proactively
    • Successfully launching programs into production
  • Keep a close pulse on both design and product costs to ensure programs stay on track and deliver value
  • Act as the central point of coordination-bringing teams together, maintaining momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of technical project/program management experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutions
  • Clear and confident communication skills-both written and verbal
