We are currently seeking a seasoned, customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist to join our team in Franklin, IN. If you have dealership experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering top-notch service to agricultural and turf equipment customers, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
  • Greet and assist customers with identifying and purchasing the correct parts for agricultural and lawn/garden equipment.
  • Provide tailored support for urgent needs, including machine-down situations and parts stocking programs.
  • Use systems like IntelliDealer and Parts Lookup to locate parts and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Record sales transactions and maintain up-to-date bin inventory records.
  • Help maintain an organized and well-merchandised parts display area.
  • Support service technicians by researching and supplying required parts for customer, internal, or warranty repairs.
  • Deliver parts and supplies to designated areas in the service department per the branch layout.
  • Handle returns efficiently, including processing returned parts, pallets, envirocrates, and other materials.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing daily and in-stock orders.
  • Help with internal Service and Sales administration when applicable.
  • Foster long-term relationships—make every customer “A Customer for Life.”
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the branch.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a dealership parts department (preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of parts and equipment
  • Familiarity with computerized parts systems
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid computer proficiency and high attention to detail
  • Effective selling skills, especially in offering complete job solutions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access shelving throughout the parts area
  • Willingness to work Saturdays and flexible seasonal hours
