Title: AI Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Location: Remote but must reside in the US and work on PST time zone
Compensation: $125,000

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prototype opportunities to use AI tools to improve creative, technical, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement practical AI solutions for real-time experiences, production tools, and support systems.
  • Integrate third-party AI services into internal pipelines—including OpenAI, Runway, ElevenLabs, and related platforms.
  • Train AI models using techniques like LoRA
  • Curate, format, and maintain document knowledge bases used for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Define document standards and strategies for document preparation.
  • Develop and maintain prompt libraries, automation scripts, and intelligent interfaces to support team productivity and creativity.
  • Evaluate and document new AI tools and emerging capabilities for potential integration.
  • Support ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, balancing innovation with practical and reputational risks.
  • Train internal stakeholders on using AI tools effectively, including prompt design, version management, and use-case scoping.
  • Translate abstract or experimental AI functionality into actionable applications grounded in team needs and production timelines.
  • Develop lightweight tools and workflows using scripting languages
Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of active hands-on work with modern generative AI tools
  • 3+ years of experience using automation, scripting, or machine learning tools to support creative, technical, or operational workflows.
