You partner with product, data science, and platform engineering to deliver measurable outcomes and continuously improve models in production.
What you will do
- Architect, design, and implement scalable ML models and real-time inference services for high-throughput, low-latency decisioning.
- Build and optimize data ingestion and feature pipelines using Kafka, Airflow, and Spark to enable consistent, high-quality feature extraction.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deployable ML solutions.
- Conduct structured experimentation using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, selecting approaches that balance accuracy, explainability, and production constraints.
- Deploy and operate ML applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments, including release automation, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
What you must have
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning and data science.
- 7+ years of experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment (project management and/or consulting).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
What would be nice to have
- 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 5+ years of proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, including hands-on use of ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
