Job description

RPA / Machine Learning Developer (Healthcare Insurance Industry Experience)

Contract-to-Hire - Conversion expected in 2026

  • Immigration: GC/USC
  • Location: Remote, but candidates must work on AZ/PST hours

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in RPA development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Automation Anywhere A360 (development, deployment, troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, or frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, .NET, VBScript).
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile methodology, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior healthcare or Medicaid domain experience.
  • Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism).
