Summary: • Develop and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools. • Automate compliance functions and improve existing methods. • Integrate and test compliance modernization Machine Learning/AI algorithms and research proof-of-concepts. • Build and monitor Machine Learning models and data flows. Qualifications & Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly (tentative) Job Description: • Develop, enhance, and prototype compliance and business processing analytics and tools. • Automate and improve compliance functions using new methods. • Investigate, integrate, and test Machine Learning/AI algorithms and research proof-of-concepts. • Develop and monitor Machine Learning models, metrics, and data flows. • Utilize Java, Scala, and Python for development. • Work with data technologies including Lucene, JEXL, SQL, Ghostmachine (Map/Reduce), GM Learn, and Spark. • Apply Machine Learning expertise, including Random Forest, Scikit-learn, model building, monitoring, and feature development. • Develop in a Linux operating environment. • Use development tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Git/Gitlab, Jira, and Confluence. • Leverage Data Science skills, including Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). • Experience with AWS, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLM. • Adhere to Agency Compliance standards and policies. • Document and review technical work.
