The E-Space Manufacturing team builds the world's most advanced aerospace products at high rate and high precision.

As a Staff Mechanical Systems Designer, you will be the senior technical anchor for mechanical systems design across E-Space's automated manufacturing lines. You'll own the architecture of complex mechanical systems - fixtures, frames, motion assemblies, and the integration of automation hardware - and set the design standards the rest of the team builds on. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has delivered production-grade mechanical systems and wants to shape how a fast-scaling aerospace manufacturing team works. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering leadership team.

This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Arlington, TX facility.

We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used - so we're looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience. If that's your experience, then we'll be immediately wow-ed.
