Job description

Job Overview: Pay Range: $17.00hr - $22.00hr Requirement/Must Have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams. Mechanically inclined with general technical understanding. Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Proactive mindset and the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively across departments. Responsibilities: Receive and check in COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) parts and custom machine components. Monitor and track the status of outstanding parts to ensure timely availability. Consolidate and stage COTS and machined components in preparation for assembly. Obtain, print, and organize required documentation (e.g., TLAs, schematics, work instructions). Act as a liaison between technicians, the machine shop, and requesters to resolve issues such as incorrect, missing, or delayed parts. Package, crate, and pallet completed kits for shipment. Notify requesters upon completion and readiness for delivery. Nice to Have: Basic familiarity with SolidWorks. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively. Skills: Microsoft Office. Word. Excel. SolidWorks. Technical Documentation. Inventory Staging. Logistics Coordination. Qualification And Education: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
