Job description

Maintenance Assistant

  • Strongly prefer fluency in Spanish and English
  • Maintaining grounds by clearing leaves, debri and paths when necessary
  • Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery
  • Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing
  • Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to Residents and Management 
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings
  • Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped
  • Assisting Maintenance Supervisor and team with maintaining all grounds, buildings and areas
