Job description:

What will you be doing?

As a Machine Operator, you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines/equipment. Operators control and manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields to produce goods, make repairs, or join our systems together.

Job Expectations:

  • Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles, and sink cutouts using the tools required in the process
  • Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated, and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete
  • Meet daily productivity goals
  • Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions
  • Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed
  • Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment
  • Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof face mask, etc.)
  • Assuring all work areas are cleaned and organized

Desired:

  • Experience in fabricating marble, granite, and Quartz
  • Experience in Construction, Industrial, and Manufacturing fields
  • Experience operating a forklift(clamps & vacuum lifters)
  • Blue Print Reading is a plus

KNOWLEDGE
Required:

  • Basic knowledge in math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc)
  • Basic knowledge in mechanical maintenance
  • Mechanically Incline (hand tools & power tools)
  • Able to make priciest measurements (rulers, measuring tapes, measuring tools)
