KEY RESPONIBILITIES:

ย 1.ย ย ย ย ย  Perform various production and service activities related to the set up and operation of the coating line following written procedures and instructions.

2.ย ย ย ย ย  Perform and document all the necessary testing of raw materials.

3.ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate production problems to the Extrusion Coating Operator.

4.ย ย ย ย ย  Communicate quality related decisions for the next operation utilizing defective material identification and flagging systems.

5.ย ย ย ย ย  Make time and quantity entries into the computer system.

6.ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible for moving raw materials and finished products as needed.

7.ย ย ย ย ย  Provide necessary communication at shift change.

8.ย ย ย ย ย  Perform all necessary preventative maintenance and housekeeping as required.

9.ย ย ย ย ย  Perform other duties as assigned.
