Role Overview: This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring vital signs, operating imaging technology, and maintaining a sterile, safe environment to support high‑quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • 2 years’ experience required.
  • Flu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • 1st time traveler experience accepted.
  • Structural Heart Scrub Experience Required
  • Must have TAVR, MitraCLip, CTO, and Watchman experience within the past 6 months
  • Skills Required - Scrub, Monitor, PA Lines and Telemetry, Structural Heart & TAVR Experience
  • Cath Lab Procedure Experience Required: Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Impella insertion, Left & Right Heart Catheterization, Rotablader
  • Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS, must have at least one: RCIS OR ARRT
  • Unit Systems: EPIC, MAC Lab
Preferred Skills / Certs / Exp:
  • Skills: Circulate, IV Start, Conscious Sedation
  • Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Watchman Procedures, Septal Closure, Ablations, Coil Embolization, Filter Placement
  • EKG Settings & Experience: Rhythm Interpretation
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Some of the more complex procedures that we perform in the lab: complex PCI’s.
Schedule:
  • 10 HR DAYS 4 x 10-HOUR DAYS, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; Monday-Friday
  • Call Requirement: With Callback and Weekend Call Required; 9-11 days in a 6-week schedule with 1-2 weekends depending on rotation.
  • Float Requirement: Floating could be required but would be rare
