• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to accurately identify client challenges and determine appropriate treatment paths.
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs, outlining clear treatment goals and methodologies.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to foster personal development and healing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, such as case managers and other therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care is maintained.
• Involve and educate clients' families in the therapeutic process to create an inclusive environment that supports recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

The clients you will support include individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, such as communication difficulties, relationship struggles, and issues stemming from life transitions. • A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities are necessary for handling caseloads and administrative obligations efficiently.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly in marriage and family therapy, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Previous experience working within multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.

• An annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and relevant certifications.
