Advanced Aesthetician / Body Sculpting Technician

*Vital Shape LLC – Reno, NV Full-Time & Part-Time | Tips + Bonuses | Paid Training

Vital Shape LLC is a non-invasive MedSpa and wellness studio in Reno, NV, focused on body sculpting, skin rejuvenation, red light and infrared recovery, lymphatic release, and advanced esthetic care. We’re seeking a skilled Advanced Aesthetician / Body Sculpting Technician—or qualified Registered Nurse—who brings clinical knowledge, warmth, professionalism, and a results-driven approach to every client experience.
About the Role

In this role, you’ll perform advanced skin care and non-invasive body sculpting services using technologies such as T-Shape 2, America Cryo, micro-needling, red light, infrared, laser, and vibration-based lymphatic therapies. You’ll consult with clients, create personalized treatment plans, educate on products and post-care, and help clients feel confident in their skin and wellness goals.
Mandatory Paid Certifications

  • T‑Shape 2 Sculpting
  • America Cryo Cold Sculpting
  • Micro‑Needling
Pre-hire requirement: 10 hours of online training, paid after 90 days; live certification follows.
Responsibilities

·        Perform advanced esthetic and body contouring treatments, including T-Shape 2, America Cryo, micro-needling, red light/infrared therapy, laser-based services, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and lymphatic release within scope of practice
·        Conduct skin and body consultations, review goals and contraindications, and create safe, customized treatment plans
·        Educate clients on treatment expectations, home care, products, pre/post-care, and long-term maintenance
·        Maintain accurate client notes, progress tracking, sanitation standards, and a polished treatment environment
·        Build client loyalty through exceptional service, thoughtful follow-up, and ethical package, membership, and retail recommendations
·        Stay current on trends, safety protocols, device training, and product knowledge while collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless client experience
Requirements

·        Valid Nevada Advanced Aesthetician License or Registered Nurse License required for applicable services
·        Experience with advanced skin care, body contouring, MedSpa treatments, or clinical modalities preferred
·        Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, contraindications, sanitation, infection control, and treatment protocols
·        Excellent consultation, communication, client education, and retention skills
·        Professional, punctual, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable recommending services and products ethically
·        Flexible availability, including some evenings/weekends; must work onsite in Reno, NV 89509
Preferred: Social media experience, additional beauty/wellness certifications, body sculpting technology experience, and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term skin health, wellness, and confidence.
