Aspen Public Schools, a non-profit 501(c)3 charter school management organization, operates three public charter schools in Fresno, CA. Instructional Aides at Aspen Public Schools provide support to teachers and students in a rigorous educational setting. They assist with a variety of functions, including implementing instructional programs, tutoring students in groups, and other tasks as needed by the classroom teacher.


 This is a 29-hour-per-week, part-time position for a Middle/High School. Instructional aides perform recess and lunch duty supervision for students. A positive, restorative, and growth mindset is imperative for the position. Special Knowledge/Skills: · Ability to instruct reading, writing, and mathematics. · Ability to work well with children · Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. 


Experience: Background to include activities that involve students and an interest in working with school-age children. · Experience working in an instructional environment. · Experience or education in the areas of child development.
