We’re searching for Production Supervisor- Railto join our team and play a key role in driving our vision forward.

The Production Supervisor - Railis responsible for daily operations in a manufacturing or production environment, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role involves leading a team of production staff, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the daily production schedule to meet output and quality targets.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and operates safely.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of production employees, including providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all products meet established quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address defects or deviations.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular safety audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Track and report on key production metrics, such as output, downtime, and waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, employee attendance, and equipment maintenance.
Position Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years plus in a supervisory role.
  • Technical and business knowledge to include financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications is also required, including but not limited to Word and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with ERP environments and planning in database tools required
Other Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using production planning tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
