About the Role
We are looking for a remote Sales Development Representative / B2B Software Sales Representative to connect with potential customers, follow up with leads, and help present the company’s software and data solutions.
This role is a good fit for someone who is confident speaking with U.S.-based business owners, has excellent English, understands B2B sales, and can work independently in a remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads in a timely and professional way.
- Speak with potential customers to understand their business needs.
- Explain how the company’s software and data solutions can help home service businesses grow.
- Run basic product demos and present the value of the product.
- Keep track of conversations, next steps, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the founder/team to improve the sales process.
- Help turn interested leads into paying customers.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, appointment setting, or software sales.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers and business owners.
- Strong communication skills and confidence on calls.
- Ability to work remotely, stay organized, and follow up consistently.
- Comfortable learning new software and explaining product value clearly.
Nice to have:
- Experience selling SaaS, data products, lead generation tools, or business services.
- Experience with home service industries such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, remodeling, or similar.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales calls, product demos, or outbound prospecting.
- Understanding of small business owners in the U.S. market.

Compensation
