Job Summary
Concessions Supervisor - Lumen Field
Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, OL Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As a Concessions Supervisor, you are responsible for directing and responding to guest needs across multiple stands during an event. You will also oversee the set-up and breakdown of the event once it ends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Guest Support
  • Establish connections with guests while understanding suggestive and upselling techniques
  • Provide attentive service to guests, ensuring comfort and support from initial contact through the duration of the event
  • Help resolve guest complaints/feedback, following up to make sure their needs are met

Event Operations
  • Comprehend all event paperwork and reports
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines
  • Conduct post event inventory checks and restock if needed
  • Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale
  • Complete all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided
  • Knowledge of all menu offerings and location presentation guidelines

Supervision:
  • Supervise staff check-ins and breakdowns for the assigned zone
  • Ensure all food and beverages are appropriately displayed in concession stands throughout the event
  • Maintain service areas, adhering to company and state food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Help resolve issues at or around assigned zone

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in supervisory or lead roles required
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time while engaging with guests
  • Skilled in communicating with teammates, managers, and guests
  • Capable of lifting products and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to react professionally and calmly in emergency situations
  • Ability to complete digital onboarding materials and electronic employment verification
  • Possess valid Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
