Nestled in the beautiful hills of East Tennessee, Windy Hill Farm and Preserve is a luxury resort offering unparalleled outdoor experiences, rustic elegance, and heartfelt hospitality. We are passionate about creating unforgettable stays for our guests while celebrating the beauty of nature and Southern charm.

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Guest Services Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in presentation and cleanliness, and is comfortable working in a hands-on, outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Provide valet parking services in a safe and courteous manner
  • Clean and prepare golf carts for guest use
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of building exteriors and common outdoor areas
  • Assist guests with luggage, directions, and general resort inquiries
  • Assist with set up and break down of meetings, outdoor functions and events
  • Conduct daily rounds to ensure property is set for the guests and activities
  • Meet and exceed all guest requests
  • Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs including luggage delivery and removal
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively
  • Prepare meeting areas when groups are scheduled
  • Maintain and upkeep exterior guest spaces as directed
  • Respond to guest requests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay
  • Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather
    conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Previous hospitality or guest service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with guests through excellent guest relations skills.
