Store Manager – Napa, California

About the Role

Lucchese is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Napa retail location. As the face of the Lucchese brand in this market, you'll own total store performance, from sales results and team development to customer experience and daily operations, while building a high-performing, customer-focused team in one of California's premier retail and hospitality destinations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team, from hiring through ongoing coaching and performance management
  • Drive sales results and profitability through strong business planning, labor management, and use of performance data
  • Ensure full compliance with wage and hour laws, timekeeping accuracy, and company policy
  • Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and shrink control
  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Build community relationships and elevate brand presence in the local market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to execute company initiatives and resolve operational needs

What You'll Need

  • 3–5 years of progressive retail management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen, coaching ability, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with retail POS (Temwork and Netsuite preferred) and workforce management systems
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
  • Ability to climb ladders and stairs, and to bend, squat, or kneel to assist customers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional travel may be required(up to 10%)

Compensation

The Store Manager base pay ranges from $85,000 - $95,000 annually.

The Store Manager is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan based upon fiscal store performance metrics which may result in bringing the total compensation to a higher range.

This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay Lucchese reasonably expects to pay for this position in the Napa market at the time of hire. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
