Job description

Envirogen is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, Envirogen provides innovative and sustainable services to our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Plant Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Performing repairs and routine maintenance on lift stations and industrial machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and reporting any significant findings or issues.
  • Assisting with the installation of new machinery and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
  • Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability

Requirements
  • 5 years of proven work experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
