Neonatologist - Lubbock, TX

Responsibilities:

Exciting opportunity for a neonatologist to join our established NICU team at University Medical Center Children's Hospital in Lubbock, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative environment while working alongside experienced neonatal and pediatric specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in a Level IV NICU
  • Manage critically ill newborns, including ventilator management and advanced procedures
  • Collaborate with obstetrics, pediatrics, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Engage in clinical documentation, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives
  • Provide education and support to families
  • Participate in call rotation and NICU coverage schedule
