For our Sales Department, we are looking for aArea Manager to support LU-VE US.

Mission

The Area Manager (Cooling Systems) is responsible for driving sales growth by developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical solutions for commercial and industrial cooling applications. This role serves as the primary link between customers, engineering, and operations to ensure solutions meet customer requirements while supporting LU-VE's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop andmaintainrelationships with contractors, consulting engineers, OEMs, end users, and distribution partners.

Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within target markets including data centers, industrial refrigeration, power generation, and commercial HVAC.

Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements and project specifications.

Collaborate with Application Engineering and Product Management teams to develop optimized cooling solutions.

Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Conduct product presentations, technical training, and customer visits.

Support negotiations, contract reviews, and project handoffs to internal teams.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and provideaccurateforecasts through CRM systems.

Attend industry trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Business, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.

Minimum 3 years of sales, application engineering, or technical sales experience.

Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, heat transfer, or cooling system applications.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiencywith Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred

Experience selling cooling systems, heat exchangers, condensers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, or refrigeration equipment.

Experience supporting datacenteror industrial cooling applications.

Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and HVAC industry practices.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
