Calling all Flatbed Rockstars!
LST Group is currently seeking a Flatbed Freight Team Lead for our Kansas City branch. If you are the "go to" for flatbed loads at your current employer, we want to talk to you.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of logistics experience and can sling freight all day, every day.
If you meet the following criteria, please apply for this role:
1. You can smell a double broker/shady carrier from a mile away
2. You can spot quote flatbed shipments and have carrier relationships to provide truck in hand pricing for superloads.
3. You have an excellent understanding of dimensions/equipment specifications.
4. You are comfortable providing rates to customers and answering customer emails regarding scheduling, ETAs, etc.
5. You are able and willing to work with an amazing flatbed carrier sales/operations team.
6. You like being treated with dignity and respect by your coworkers.
