To thrive as an LRS Driver, you need a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and knowledge of DOT regulations. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, vehicle inspection tools, and route management software is typically required. However, some driving jobs requiring complex decision-making or specialized skills may continue to exist.
