LPR Camera Car Drivers Houston


Collateral Recovery Team is growing fast and looking for responsible, reliable individuals to join our fleet of camera car drivers in Houston, TX. CRT operates throughout Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, and are proud to be the top LPR scanning company in the US. With over 15 years in business, we are one of the largest repossession companies in the US and the largest in Texas.

Position Overview

This is a full-time driving position with the flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends. You will operate a camera-equipped vehicle to scan license plates throughout assigned areasno debtor contact is ever required. If you already have camera car experience, we want to meet you immediately.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle makes and models
  • Computer-savvy candidates who can easily navigate programs, emails, and new software
  • Calm, professional, and responsible individuals who can follow procedures and company policies
  • Skilled, confident drivers comfortable with slow-speed driving (under 25 mph) for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office

Requirements

  • No active warrants, no pending/convicted DWIs
  • Must remain calm and professional while operating company vehicles
  • Must be able to follow directions and handle long shifts with scheduled breaks
  • No smoking in or around company vehicles
  • Must have strong computer skillsnot beginner level
  • Must have a personal cell phone (required for database authentication)
  • Able to learn multiple software systems (training provided)

Experience

  • Camera car experience is a major plus and fast-tracks you to interviewing
  • We will train all drivers to ensure you are fully prepared and confident

Compensation

  • $16-18 per hour starting pay
  • Weekly commission opportunities of $200
  • 60-day performance review with a potential for a raise based on performance
