Location: Central Nursing Home – Chicago, IL
Shifts Available: AM (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), PM (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM), and NOC (12:00 AM – 8:30 AM) Shifts

If you’re an LPN who takes pride in compassionate care, collaborative teamwork, and making a meaningful difference every shift—you belong at Central Nursing Home. We’re currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening shift care team.

Under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, you’ll play a crucial leadership role—caring for residents, supporting CNAs, and helping shape a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
