Eligible employees on four islands have an opportunity to become Practical Nurses while they are working. Practical Nurses graduates with the Certificate of Achievement and are prepared to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse at our Ohana Pacific Health Communities.The CNA to LPN Bridge Program begins January 2027 and ends in December 2027. A separate UHMC nursing program application is required for consideration in the program and will be available in September 2026!
