Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment.   • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time positions

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time positions
