Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-time and Full-time Opportunities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Edgewood Manor of Wellston, a family-oriented skilled nursing facility in Wellston, Ohio. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and concerns

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0 years of experience as an LPN, new graduates encouraged to apply!

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
