Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Care Partner qualifications include:

โ€ข Current Georgia LPN License

โ€ข 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new LPN grads

โ€ข Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred

โ€ข Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification

โ€ข Genuine passion for working with elders

โ€ข Excellent customer service and communication skills

โ€ข Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners

โ€ข Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)

โ€ข Strong organization and time management skills
