Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Maple Crest Health Center — 2824 North 66th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68104 Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM Pay: $32.00/hour + credit for experience + shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses


Earn $32.00 an hour, with credit for experience, shift differentials, holiday pay, and on-call bonuses, as a full-time LPN at Maple Crest Health Center, a 175-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Omaha. Schedule: 6 AM to 6 PM.

What You'll Do
  • Provide hands-on nursing care to residents
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
  • Implement and evaluate care interventions
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on individualized care plans
What You'll Need

Required:

  • Active NE LPN license
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program
  • Able to read, write, and communicate care documentation and instructions in English

Preferred:

  • Long-term care experience — new grads welcome!
