Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication according to residents' care plans.
  • Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, within the scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' condition and care, including signs and symptoms of change.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by management (Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator).
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active licensed practical nurse (LPN) license.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Computer knowledge required.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
