We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, works well in a collaborative environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to patients and their families.

Job Description:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician.
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with patient assessments, procedures, and daily care needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

Job Requirements:

  • Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
