About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide skilled nursing care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your duties will include:



  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Performing routine care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as incontinence care, nutrition, and mobility

  • Accurately documenting resident care and progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
