Job description

Bayshore is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurse candidates to become a part of our team!

The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
  • Supervising CNAs
  • Medication administration a Wound and treatment care
  • Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
  • Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills of Licensed Practical Nurse:

  • Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
  • Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
