Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

Twin Fountains Home for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in LaGrange, Georgia. As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members

  • Perform routine medical procedures, such as injections, nasal tracts, and Foley catheter care

  • Accurately document patient charts and maintain confidentiality

  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:
