Join our team at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to fill the role of Full Time Nights Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN, you will play a vital role in providing individualized, compassionate, and innovative healthcare services to our Residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, respect, and dignity to each Resident. Our rehab-recovery suites are designed to provide an extraordinary stay, with private full baths, flat screen TVs, phones, and Wi-Fi.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to Residents, including administering medications, treatments, and injections

  • Monitor and report vital signs, physical changes, and any concerns

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the nursing team

  • Communicate effectively with Residents, families, and healthcare professionals
