Job description

Parkview is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support during the day shift. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, safe care overnight.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM)

  • PRN | Required to work at least 1 shift per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within scope of practice

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

  • Accurately document nursing care and observations

  • Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers

  • Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned night shifts
