Job description

Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is actively hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays an essential role in resident care, treatment delivery, and monitoring clinical status. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Compensation: $30.50 - $35.50 per hour | Daily Pay Available!

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 2PM)

  • Part-Time Evenings (2PM - 10PM)

  • PRN | All shifts | Required to work at least 2 shifts per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within scope of practice

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses

  • Accurately document nursing care and observations

  • Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers

  • Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts

Qualifications

  • Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
