Job Description:
Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This is a great opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility regulations

  • Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure excellent resident care

  • Order medications, supplies, and equipment as needed

  • Follow individualized care plans for each resident

  • Perform wound care and related medical treatments

  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and promptly

  • Maintain resident and staff confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
