Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:

  • Provide the highest level of care to residents at our nursing home
  • Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals
  • Resolve resident issues and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations
