We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at The Paramount at Somers located at 189 Route 100, Somers, NY 10589

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include;
  • Medication Administration, including IVs.
  • Taking and recording vital signs.
  • Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
  • Provide resident and family education.
  • Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
  • Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current License-LPN


Salary: Up to $42 an hour

Shift: PER DIEM
