LPNs play a vital role in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare settings, ensuring patients receive compassionate and effective care.

What are common challenges LPNs in Indiana face when transitioning between different healthcare settings, such as hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics?

Additionally, each setting may use different electronic health record systems and have distinct team structures, so LPNs need to be flexible and quick learners. Successfully navigating these transitions can enhance professional growth and skill diversity.
