Job description

LPN / LVN- Contract Role

    Location: Utica, NY, 13502
    Duration: 13 weeks
    Shift: 8-hour Day | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
    Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
    Weekly Pay Rate: $1275 - $1425; Depending on experience (negotiable)

      Responsibilities:
      • Provide basic bedside care, including taking vital signs and monitoring patient health.
      • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers.
      • Assist with patient hygiene, dressing changes, and wound care.
      • Collect specimens for lab tests and report results to the RN or physician.
      • Maintain and update patient records accurately in compliance with facility policies.
      • Assist physicians and RNs during examinations and medical procedures.
      • Educate patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

        Experience:
        • 1+ years of LPN/LVN experience.
        Education:
        • Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.
        Certification/License Requirements:
        • License: Active LPN/LVN license in the State of New York.
        • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
