Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus available!*

We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our residents.

PAY: $35 to $40 an hour, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials.

Openings, including an every other weekend rotation, include:

  • 16 hours on 7a-3p

  • 40 hours on 7a-3p

  • 16 hours on 3p-11p

  • 24 hours on 3p-11p

  • 40 hours on 3p-11p

  • 16 hours on 11p-7a

  • 24 hours on 11p-7a

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the RN

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing assistants to ensure the highest degree of quality care

  • Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident

  • Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care

  • Follow physician's orders and administer medications as prescribed

  • Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes

  • Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs and report any unusual or significant findings

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program

  • Must be CPR certified

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Massachusetts
