Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Corrections
  • Active Oregon LPN License
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
  • Minimum of two years recent paid experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year correctional experience
  • COVID Vaccinated
  • Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
  • Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
