Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC) is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. This means, improvements in work/life, increased resources for our Patients, and people who care about the future of Shelton Health and Rehab.
SHRC is currently looking for qualified LPNs to join our Nursing Program

Essential Functions:
  • Supervises nursing care to residents

  • Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
  • Maintains standards of professional nursing practice

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Required: Current licensure in the state of employment.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.
