  • Must be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
  • Min 1 -2 year of (LPN) experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred .
  • Must work every other weekend.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managed patient care through closely monitoring respiration, blood pressure, O2 stats and blood glucose levels.
  • Administered controlled narcotics, also general medication, inserted IVs and performed catheterizations.
  • Educated clients, patients and caregivers on medical diagnoses, treatment options, chronic disease Self- management and wound management.
  • Monitored and tracked patient vitals in point click care to keep team informed of changing conditions.
  • Documented accurate and complete patient information to address patient problems and expected Documents.
  • Setup doctor appointments, Lab. work, and physical therapy for resident.
